this group are a range of general purpose, lower priced materials
with either fibre, glass fibre or scrim reinforcement as the base
carrier. For use mainly in domestic or small industrial construction,
where applicable these materials conform to BS747 groups. |

POLYESTER BASED OXIDISED BITUMEN FELTS Manufactured
for use in built-up roofing. Polyester Based Oxidised Bitumen Felts
are designed to bond with hot bitumen and traditional pour and roll
techniques. From underlay felts through to top sheets all products
in this range incorporate a special high-strength polyester base
core and are available in sand or material finishes. |

SBS MODIFIED ELASTOMERIC BITUMEN FELTS Using an SBS
(Styrene Butadiene Styrene) thermoplastic rubber to modify the bitumen,
these elastomeric membranes are formulated to resist extremes of
climate and are especially effective in sub zero temperatures. Again
using high performance polyester as a base core these membranes
are designed for bonding using hot bitumen and traditional pour
and roll techniques. |

HIGH PERFORMANCE TORCH-ON FELTS Manufactured using either fibre, glass fibre or polyester based carriers, with either oxidised, SBS or APP modified bitumen coatings. Bonding is effected by flame torch allowing the optimum flow of bitumen during installation, without the use of traditional equipment, and giving ease of installation without waste. |
